MAST Brothers Chocolate Bar for Town Hall Hotel

MAST Brothers chocolate bars - the prettiest in town. Whether it's their classic bar, their new London collection, or their vegetable(!) edition, we love them. The bars are as chocolatey as they get, with the most subtle, but perfectly present, hint of whatever-makes-that-bar-special. 

For Town Hall Hotel they created a custom Christmas chocolate bar to go together with their Christmas installation in the hotel the whole month of December. It is a combination of dark chocolate, sea salt and star anise, and it's all you want to eat this month. 

Every single bar is handmade from bean to bar - hand mixed, made, poured, cooled, wrapped and labeled. It's a process - but it's exactly what makes those bars so special. Walking into their shop in Shoreditch, you walk into a cloud of chocolate you never want to step out of again.
