Apple & Cinnamon Shrub
Ingredients:
3 medium apples
225ml raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
100g light brown sugar
Directions:
Grate your apples with a large box grater and pop in a large jar. Add your apple cider vinegar and sugar and leave at room temperature.
Tip the jar every day to release the juices properly and after a couple of weeks it’ll be perfect to either drink as is, with a drop of sparkling water, or mixed into your favourite cocktail!
